ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders can be picked up daily. An email will be sent when your order is ready for
pickup, and an appropriate time for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using NZPost.
NZPost's delivery standard is 1-4 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 applies to orders shipped within NZ. Optional: We do not ship outside of NZ at this time.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will credit the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@tupuke.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
